Chalet Clos Saint Jean, a luxury residence designed to enhance your holiday experience, opens its doors to you all year round, offering an exceptional 500 square meters of space spread over four levels. With a capacity of 14 people, this remarkable chalet has 8 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, as well as 7 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom, television and dressing room, while the 40 square meter master suite is equipped with a king-size double bed, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and phototherapy bath, and television.
The first floor houses a spacious living area, with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a cosy lounge with fireplace. From this magnificent living space, you can enjoy a spacious balcony with a direct panoramic view of the Les Perrières ski slopes, guaranteeing unforgettable moments in the heart of the mountains.
For moments of relaxation with family or friends, the Clos Saint Jean chalet has a relaxation area with a steam room and sauna, a games room with pool table, darts and children's games, as well as a cinema room with 9 seats offering a wide range of streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal +...) and a games console (PlayStation 4). A fitness room is also available.
A large outdoor terrace with a 12-seater Jacuzzi, gas barbecue, lounge area and sun loungers is available for you to make the most of the chalet's outdoor space.
Thanks to its privileged location, this chalet gives you access to the ski slopes just 80 meters away on foot, and the four-season toboggan run is less than a minute's walk away.
Finally, an indoor garage for up to 5 vehicles, equipped for recharging electric vehicles, and a ski room round off the many amenities offered by this exceptional residence.
