With its 6 bedrooms, generous living spaces, independent studio, outdoor hot tub and large terraces opening onto the mountains, the chalet offers a configuration particularly suited to stays with family or friends, summer and winter alike.
Bathed in light thanks to its south-facing exposure, the property benefits from excellent sunshine and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
WARM AND WELCOMING LIVING SPACES
A true heart of the chalet, the main living area is organised around a pleasant lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, in a warm atmosphere conducive to shared moments.
A central fireplace with insert structures this space and reinforces the mountain character of the chalet. The lounge and kitchen also open onto a balcony allowing you to enjoy the outdoor environment and the particularly sunny exposure of the property.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to organise both everyday meals and large gatherings with family or friends.

The chalet has a total of 6 bedrooms, spread across different levels.
The first bedroom benefits from a separable King Size bed, a television, its own dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom. It also has access to a small external terrace on which a private hot tub is installed, offering a pleasant relaxation area facing the mountain environment.
At a lower level are three other double bedrooms, equipped with beds that can be configured as doubles or singles according to the needs of the occupants.
Two of these bedrooms benefit from a connecting bathroom, whilst another shares its bathroom with a pleasant mountain corner equipped with bunk beds, particularly suited to children.
The three main bedrooms on this level have direct access to a large south-facing terrace with views of the mountains, bringing light and openness to the outside.
AN INDEPENDENT STUDIO
One of the true assets of Chalet Haute Cime lies in the presence of a fully equipped independent studio.
It has its own kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, allowing genuine independence for certain guests.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 people (6 adults and 6 children/teenagers), it benefits from an unobstructed view of the Mont-Blanc range and south-facing exposure, guaranteeing beautiful light throughout the day.
Ideal for family or friends' mountain stays, the chalet offers a contemporary and warm atmosphere, with carefully chosen furniture and harmoniously distributed spaces. The terrace and balcony allow you to fully enjoy the alpine setting, whilst an outdoor boules court invites you to share convivial moments after a day in the fresh air.
On the ground floor, the entrance with cloakroom and ski storage serves two en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen-size bed, as well as an independent toilet. This level also accommodates a dormitory with six beds, accessible from the ground floor, with its own private bathroom. The dormitory includes a relaxation net, designed as a rest or reading space, particularly appreciated by children.
