Ideally located in the heart of the village of Les Gets, within the recent residence Le Flocon Bleu, the Kaya apartment benefits from a privileged location allowing you to fully enjoy the resort on foot. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and entertainment are accessible in just a few minutes.
With an area of approximately 75 m², this elegant apartment classified as a 4-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation can accommodate up to six people in a warm and contemporary setting. Its carefully designed layout makes it an ideal address for families as well as stays with friends.
The entrance leads to a mountain corner equipped with bunk beds before opening onto a pleasant bright living area combining lounge, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The three balconies harmoniously extend the living spaces and bring beautiful natural light to the whole.
The night space comprises two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with a Queen Size bed of 160 x 200 cm that can be configured as one large double bed or two single beds according to your needs. Two independent toilets complete the set-up to ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.
For your comfort, the apartment has Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen television, a washer-dryer, heat pump heating and a private ski locker equipped with an electric shoe dryer that can accommodate up to six pairs of shoes.
A private parking space is available in the residence's secure underground garage. The maximum height clearance of the sectional door is 205 cm. Free public parking is also located just 50 metres from the residence.
Located just a few steps from the village centre and the Chavannes ski front, the apartment allows you to fully enjoy the Portes du Soleil domain, summer and winter.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
